By accessing or using Phx Services and any associated platforms (Store, CDN, Arcade, Dashboard), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must authenticate via Discord to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

3. Digital Products

• All products sold are digital goods delivered electronically
• Products are licensed, not sold -- you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product
• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased products is strictly prohibited
• Modification of products for personal use is permitted unless otherwise stated

4. CDN Usage

Phx CDN provides file hosting with storage limits based on your account role. You may not upload illegal content, malware, or material that infringes on others' rights. Abuse of storage quotas or automated uploads may result in account restrictions or termination.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion if the product is materially defective or significantly different from its description. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase for refund inquiries.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our products beyond what is provided
• Using products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Sharing account access or purchased products with others
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in our platform
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

7. Intellectual Property

All products, content, branding, and materials on Phx Services are the intellectual property of Phx Services or their respective creators. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Phx Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use any purchased products remains valid unless terminated due to a breach of these terms.
